Refund policy

Returns & Refunds

We want you to love your purchase! If you’re not completely satisfied, we accept returns within 30 days of delivery.

To qualify for a return, items must be:

  • Unworn and unused

  • In original packaging with tags attached

  • Accompanied by proof of purchase

To start a return, please email us at abcchildrenboutique@gmail.com. Returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon arrival and contact us right away if your item is damaged, defective, or incorrect so we can make it right.

Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns on:

  • Sale items

  • Gift cards

  • Personalized or custom items

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you if your refund is approved. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.
